Computers can be bad for you if you don’t use them wisely. For example, if you spend all your time on the computer scrolling through social media sites or playing video games, that’s not going to help your productivity or health. In fact, it might even do the opposite! If you’re using a computer for work purposes and spending hours at a time hunched over it, that can lead to back problems and other health issues.
So how should you use a computer? First of all, make sure to get up and move around every once in a while! That will help keep your body healthy and active and also improve your concentration. Secondly, try to limit yourself to using computers for productive tasks only. Don’t just sit there all day long; get up and move around so that your brain has something else to focus on besides sitting in one spot! And finally, take breaks every now and then; even if it’s just five minutes away from the computer screen. That way you won’t feel so tense when working on your project later on.
