There is no definitive answer as to whether or not Cars Mater-National Championship can be played on Xbox One. The game was released for the Xbox 360 platform and it is unknown whether or not a port has been developed for the newer system. There are many older games that have not been ported to newer systems, so it is possible that this title falls into that category. However, there are also many cases where older games have been ported over with few issues.
