Mafia 2 does have nudity, but it is not graphic. There are brief shots of female breasts and a few scenes where characters are fully nude. It is not excessive or gratuitous, and it is not meant to be sexualized in any way. The purpose of the nudity in Mafia 2 is to provide a visual contrast between the rich and powerful mafia members and the impoverished citizens they oppress.
