Destroy All Humans! Big Willy Unleashed is a video game for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It was released in North America on March 25, 2008. The game is a sequel to Destroy All Humans! and it is followed by Destroy All Humans! Path of the Furon.

The player controls Cryptosporidium-137 (a clone of the original Cryptosporidium) in an open world environment, using weapons and psychic abilities to defeat the United States military and other enemies. The game features new weapons, including a minigun, flamethrower, bazooka and plasma rifle. New vehicles include a tank and jetpack.

Crypto starts out at level 1 with low health, melee damage, psychic energy, armor and weapon accuracy. He can gain experience points by completing missions or destroying enemies; after gaining enough experience points he will advance to the next level up to level 50. Crypto gains increased health, melee damage, psychic energy etc., with each new level gained. In addition to standard weapons upgrades (e.g., increasing magazine size or ammo capacity), unlocking new abilities such as being able to fire two simultaneous shots from his pistols or launching exploding chickens from his arm pit are among enhancements that can be made available as Crypto advances in levels
