Mario Party 9 is a party video game developed by Nd Cube and published by Nintendo for the Wii. It is the ninth installment in the Mario Party series, and was released in North America on March 11, 2012. The game features characters from the Mario franchise competing in a variety of minigames to win coins.
The game has been met with mixed reviews, with praise directed towards its new gameplay mechanics but criticism focused on its lack of originality. As of September 30, 2013, it has sold 2.12 million copies worldwide.
A port of the game for the Nintendo 3DS was released as part of the Super Mario 3D World launch bundle on November 22, 2013 in Japan, and on December 6, 2013 in Europe and North America.
There is no way to get Mario Party 9 onto a chromebook directly. However, there are ways to play some games that are similar using online tools or software available on chromebooks. For example, one could use Google Chrome’s “Cast” function to project a game onto a television screen using another device such as a phone or computer. Alternately, some games like “Pac-Man 256” are available to download and play offline without an internet connection
