Bungie’s Myth 2 was designed as a PvP multiplayer game, which means that it needed to be balanced in order to provide a fair experience for all players. The following are four methods that Bungie used to balance Myth 2:

      1. Balancing the Classes: In order to create a balanced PvP environment, each class had different strengths and weaknesses. For example, the Warrior could deal large amounts of damage quickly, but they were also relatively weak against other classes. This meant that players would need to use both their strengths and weaknesses in order to win matches.

      2. Adjusting loot: When players killed enemies or completed certain tasks, they would often receive valuable items. However, this also meant that some players could become very powerful if they acquired enough good gear. To balance this out, Bungie periodically adjusted the amount of loot that players received based on their level and playing style. This ensured that no player became too powerful or remained stuck at a disadvantage due to bad luck with loot drops.

      3. Determining how strong opponents should be: In addition to adjusting how much loot players received, Bungie also decided how strong an opponent should be based on their level and skill level. For example, a player who is Level 50 should battle opponents who are around Level 30-35 in order to feel competitively challenging without being unfair。This made it so even low-level players felt like they had something worth fighting for。

4．Balancing Skills and Talents: Another method used by Bungie was balancing skills and talents within each class so that everyone had an opportunity for success no matter what their skill level might be。For example, the Priest class boasted several healing abilities which made them incredibly powerful when used correctly。However、Bungie also gave priests access to defensive skills which helped keep them alive in difficult situations。Thus、while Priests were extremely powerful when using specific abilities，they still required strategic planning in order for them to succeed
