Bungie\u2019s Myth 2 was designed as a PvP multiplayer game, which means that it needed to be balanced in order to provide a fair experience for all players. The following are four methods that Bungie used to balance Myth 2:
1. Balancing the Classes: In order to create a balanced PvP environment, each class had different strengths and weaknesses. For example, the Warrior could deal large amounts of damage quickly, but they were also relatively weak against other classes. This meant that players would need to use both their strengths and weaknesses in order to win matches.
2. Adjusting loot: When players killed enemies or completed certain tasks, they would often receive valuable items. However, this also meant that some players could become very powerful if they acquired enough good gear. To balance this out, Bungie periodically adjusted the amount of loot that players received based on their level and playing style.
