Nintendo is a Japanese video game company that was founded in 1889. They are most well-known for creating the Mario and Zelda video game franchises. In 2001, they released Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure for the Game Boy Advance. The game was developed by Intelligent Systems, who also developed other games in the Dr. Mario series.
The objective of the game is to clear viruses from a playing field by using pills of different colors. The player does this by lining up three or more of the same color next to each other, which will then disappear and cause any viruses adjacent to them to disappear as well. If a virus reaches the bottom of the screen, it will infect Dr. Mario, and when he has five infections, the game is over.
There are several different modes in Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure. In Classic mode, players play through a series of levels where they must clear all of the viruses on the screen before progressing to the next level; if they lose all their lives, they have to start over from the beginning of that level. In Marathon mode, players play through an endless series of levels until they lose all their lives; progress is saved so players can continue later if they want to quit before losing all their lives. In Puzzle mode, players are given a set number of pills and must use them all up within a certain number of moves; if they can’t finish within those moves, they lose that round.. Finally, there’s VS Mode which allows two players to compete against each other either locally or online
