In the 1990s, Nickelodeon aired a series called Rugrats. The show followed the adventures of Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil as they grew up and became more daring. In 2002, Rugrats: All Growed Up \u2013 Older and Bolder was released. This movie follows the same characters as the original series but features a new storyline that takes place after they have all graduated from college.
The film is successful because it retains the humor and innocence of the original series while also introducing mature themes such as dating, job hunting, financial responsibility and self-confidence. It is appropriate for both children and adults who enjoy watching cartoons that are educational without being preachy or too serious.
